Executive Assistant to the Senior Minister

The Executive Assistant to the Senior Minister will primarily assist the Senior Minister in navigating the role of leading and feeding the congregation and staff, to guard his time so that he can maximize his role, run point for him on projects and communications, and to provide personal assistance to him as required. As his right hand, the Executive Assistant must be able to proactively identify ways to assist the Senior Minister, anticipating the needs of both the Minister and the church. Because the Senior Minister is highly media-savvy, this position requires an extremely high proficiency in social, print, and visual media tools and best practices.
